If you choose to pay by credit card, the transaction will be processed immediately. However, if you select convenience store payment, you will need to make the payment within 3 days of placing the order.

Ticket

Same-Day Ticket : 2,500 JPY *Tax included.
Advance Ticket : 2,300 JPY *Tax included.

Advance ticket sales period:
September 16th (Monday) 12:00 PM to November 14th (Thursday) 11:59 PM”

Ticket refund

Until the day before the event, no processing or cancellation fees will be charged.

Shipping

For web tickets, delivery time (issue time) and shipping costs do not apply to the purchase.

Payment for ticket

Payment at the venue on the day

  • Cash
  • Please note that we only accept lump-sum payments for non-cash transactions.
  • For security reasons, payments cannot be processed if the cardholder and user are not the same person. If we cannot obtain card authorization, your purchase will be canceled.
  • Due to security considerations, we cannot issue credit card payment receipts at the event.
  • Please check the transaction details sent by your card issuer.
  • Our company uses SSL/TLS to encrypt and transmit card numbers securely.
  • To prevent issues at the venue, we do not issue receipts. Please use the ticket stub as a receipt.

Convenience Store Payments for Advance Sales

  • Payments can be made at various convenience stores.
  • After completing your reservation, check the payment slip number and details provided in the application form, and pay the total ticket price at a nearby convenience store within 3 days. Please check the payment deadline in the payment information.
    Note that reservations may be canceled if the payment deadline is missed.
  • The total ticket price is as follows:
    Total ticket price = “Ticket Price (Tax Included)”

〈 Cancellation and Refund Policy 〉

Cancellations are possible until the day before the event’s start date. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Method

Please follow the method below to cancel:
Send a memo with the refund account information enclosed, along with the ticket, to the event office by the day before the event. Tickets arriving after the event’s first day will not be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that transfer fees related to refunds will be deducted.
Refunds are not available at the event venue ticket sales counter during the event period.
